Summer abundance on the coast
Ashe’s and Sejuani’s tribes travelled to this coastal pilgrimage site during the summers of their youth. Fishing and grazing land offered resources that are difficult to secure through the long northern winter. The landscape records seasonal cooperation and movement as well as sacred tradition.
Why this place matters
The shared memory contrasts with their later political rivalry. Freljordian relationships are not fixed only by faction banners: childhood, food and journeys can connect future opponents. This makes Ornnkaal a quieter but revealing companion to the fortresses and battle sites of the north.
