The Immortal Bastion
At the center of the Noxian capital, this monumental fortress predates the empire itself.

The city beneath the city
The Immortal Bastion predates Noxus and is linked to Mordekaiser. Centuries of destruction and rebuilding have layered the surrounding capital, leaving some older districts below ground. The fortress anchors the empire’s political geography while concealing a past that its present rulers did not create.
Why this place matters
This layered history gives the rivalries of Swain and the Black Rose a physical setting. Monumental strength above ground does not imply that every mystery below is controlled. The Bastion is a point where imperial authority, forbidden knowledge and older forms of power meet.
